Interior office modification for a warehouse located at 4502 Tampa Distribution Center. This included the demolition of certain walls, installation of client-standard flooring, and replacement of all restroom accessories and breakroom millwork. A new wall and door were installed to isolate the electrical room, providing access directly from the warehouse. The warehouse portion of the work involved fixing cracked concrete flooring in addition to installing four new yellow safety bollards. To end the job, electrical fixtures were updated, the warehouse was repainted, and a final cleaning was conducted.
