Suite 1002

Suite 1002 was picked up halfway through upon the request from the architect, as the previous general contractor became insolvent; the project had a bottom floor that was used for storage of luxury vehicles and a second floor with a fully operational DJ studio with lights, sounds, and automation. Many construction defects were uncovered and corrected by our team. Our team turned the project around, making it possible for this project to be back on track to a successful completion.
