Post Card Inn

The Post Card Inn Beach Bar was a structural reconstruction project featuring a complete redesign of the facility's foundation and structural systems. Located in a beachfront environment, the project requires new construction including concrete columns, grade beams, slabs, and reinforced masonry work to support the modern bar structure. The project required 30-foot precast piles designed to handle the demands of beachfront construction, with geotechnical analysis ensuring long-term stability in the coastal environment. Additional challenges include seawall repairs and specialized components like breakaway stairs and support systems for a chair lift. The project is designed to establish a durable structural core that supports the full development of finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and roof structure for the completed venue.
