Pet Lane

This project involved splitting Units 105-106 and 106-108 of 4446 Pet Lane with a 1-hour fire-rated wall. Additionally, we had to separate the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire services for these two job sites. On both sides, walls were repainted and flooring was installed as the building owner required.
