Ongoing high-end interior fit out of a privately owned garage suite in Tampa, Florida, featuring the addition of a new second-floor space. Scope of work includes structural steel installation, guardrails and handrails, rough and finish carpentry, custom millwork with cabinets, benches, and a TV wall feature, countertops and kitchen backsplash, drywall, epoxy flooring on the ground level, pre-engineered wood flooring on the upper levels, and painting. The project also covers installation of owner-supplied appliances, along with complete electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire sprinkler systems. Designed for both function and luxury, the garage suite highlights premium finishes and superior craftsmanship.
