Suite 8314 at Tampa East Distribution Center 12 was an industrial tenant space located at 8314 East Adamo Drive in Tampa, Florida. The suite combined an open warehouse storage area (Occupancy Group S-1) with office space (Occupancy Group B). The office portion included an open office, two private offices, a conference room, breakroom, restrooms, closet, and electrical room. The building was a one-story, Type II-B sprinklered construction on a concrete tilt-wall structure. The project was permitted under the 2023 8th Edition Florida Building Code as an Alteration Level 2 on an existing building.
