Feeding Tampa Bay

Completed renovation and interior improvement project for Feeding Tampa Bay, located at the Tampa Distribution Center (Suites 4702–4718). The scope of work includes upgrades to multiple areas, such as main office spaces, restrooms, conference rooms, and warehouse support facilities. Work involves flooring replacement with carpet, VCT, and LVT finishes, new ADA-compliant door hardware, CPVC plumbing line replacements, HVAC diffuser and return grill upgrades, and full painting throughout. Additional enhancements include updated millwork, emergency lighting, glass tinting, roll-up blinds, and mold remediation. The project also features alternate options for HVAC unit replacements and millwork upgrades.
