Endoscopy Medical Center

Endoscopy Medical Center was a 6,622 square foot ground up medical facility built on an existing pad site. The single story building housed eight exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a pre/post procedure area, scope processing and storage, and supporting clinical and administrative spaces. The structure was built with reinforced CMU walls, steel framing, and a concrete slab foundation, with a distinctive curved canopy running the building's exterior. The exterior featured stucco, aluminum composite panels, impact-resistant storefront glass, and a curved standing seam metal roof over the canopy. The project was delivered as a fully operational medical facility, complete with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems throughout.
