Bonchon

Completed interior build-out for a new Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken restaurant in Tampa, Florida. The project involved extensive demolition of existing walls, ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing, millwork, furniture, and cooler. Scope also included roof penetrations for mechanical units, supply and installation of interior doors and hardware, drywall and acoustical ceilings, flooring and tile finishes, interior painting, signage, and back-of-house FRP finishes. Additional work comprised installation of walk-in cooler and freezer units, bathroom fixtures and plumbing, fire protection systems, mechanical upgrades with a new RTU, kitchen hood with Ansul system, and a full electrical scope including revised lighting per Proto 2024 standards. Delivered with high-quality craftsmanship, the restaurant is now a modern and functional dining space.
