The AIA project is a restoration of a historical building in Howard Avenue, a charming street with a rich architectural heritage. The building features terrazzo flooring, tin ceiling terracotta base, and brick exterior, which are preserved and enhanced by the project. The scope of work included selective demolition, drywall installation, painting, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and a paver patio addition. The project aims to revitalize the building and showcase its historical features while providing modern amenities and comfort.
